I’m actually not very good at writing these “about me” things. It’s too difficult to convey the kind of person you are with only 150 words or so, but I’ll do my best. I’m currently still in school, getting my bachelors in East Asian Languages and Cultures, with a minor in Japanese. I’m not really sure what I want to do with my life. I actually really want to go to cosmetology school and eventually become a stylist, so after graduating from university I will probably do that. I’ve lived in Tokyo, Japan twice in my life. The first time I was in high school and lived with a host family in Edogawa-ku for a semester, and attended Hibiya High School in Nagatachou. The second time I lived in Mizonokuchi, then Ikebukuro, and attended a Japanese language school in Shinjuku for a year. I always feel happier and more at ease when I’m in Japan, so my goal is to end up living there long-term someday soon. I won’t lie. This journal has become mostly fandom-related aka about GLAY. GLAY is my life and my dream. Without them I would not have come this far, nor would I be able to go on. Their music inspires and motivates me.
